Mince chilla
1/2 kg meat, minced
1 cup green gram (moong dal)
1 onion,sliced
1/2 cup coriander leaves
and green chillies
salt and chilli powder to taste
1 cup oil
1. Soak dal in water overnight , next morning , drain the water and grind it to a smooth paste .
2. Heat 1 tsp oil and fry the sliced onion till pick .
3. Then add the meat with 1 cup of water and cook till meat is tender and dry.
4. Now add the chopped coriander leaves and green chillies ,salt and chilli powder to the dal paste .
5. Grease a frying pan and pour about 2 tbsps of the batter evenly. When it turns light brown, place the mince in its centre.
fold it carefully and cook on low flame till well browned .
6. serve with mint chutney or tomato sauce .
