1 kg meat, cut into pieces  
4 onions  
1/2 cup oil  
1/2 cup tamarind pulp  
2 tbsps ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder  
10-11 green chillies  
1 bunch mint leaves  
1 bunch coriander leaves  
salt and chilli powder to taste
