Meat koftas
1 kg meat , minced
4 cups meat stock
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
4 spring onions, chopped
2 tbsps chopped coriander leaves and green chillies.
oil for deep frying
salt and chilli powder to taste
1. Break the eggs and mix them with the meat.
2. Add onions , chopped chillies ,coriander leaves and breadcrumbs to it.Add salt and chilli powder too.
3. Knead in to a smooth dought.
4.Heat oil, shape spoonfuls of the batter into small round balls and deep fry till golden brown. keep aside.
5.In a pan, heat the meat stock and milk.Add the meat balls to it and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves . serve hot.
