Mango Gosht curry
1 kg meat
1/4 kg raw green mangoes
1/4 kg onions
2 tbsps ginger- garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt and chilli powder to taste
1/2 cup oil
1. Wash meat, rub ginger- garlic paste, salt ,chilli powder turmeric powder on it and keep aside for an hour.
2. Heat oil and fry the sliced onion till it turns pink.
3. Add meat to the pan and fry till it is brown.
4. Add 1 cup of water and cook over slow fire till meat is tender.
5. Peel the mangoes, cut into strips and add to the meat and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring all ther while.
6. Cook till done, Garnish with coriander leaves.
