1/4 kg meat , minced
1/2 tsp ginger- garlic paste
1 onion
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
and green chillies
1/2 cup gram flour
3/4 cup curd
2 cups oil for deep frying
5 cloves garlic
salt to taste
1. Mix minced meat, ginger- garlic paste. chopped green chillies
and coriander leaves, 1 tbsp gram flour, salt and chilli powder.let it
stand for 2 hours, then roll it into small round balls and deep fry in
1,1/2 cup hot oil till golden brown. keep aside.
2. Now grind the onion and garlic flakes together,heat remaining
oil and fry the onion paste till it turns pink. then add green chillies,
curd, remaining sesame seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
stir well and cook till leaves the sides.
3.Then add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil,
reduce flame and cook till the gravy thickens.
4. Add the koftes and cook for 2-3 minutes. serve hot, garnisged
with chopped coriander leaves and chillies.
