3, Lobsters
1/2, cup honey
1/2, cup white wine
1, tsp ginger, grated
2, carrots
1, tsp cornflour
1, red chilli
2, tsp chilli sauce
Salt to taste
1. Remove the lobsters from their shells. Devein.
2. Combine honey, wine, chilli, sauce, ginger and salt and
put half of this into a pan. bring it to the boil, lower heat and cook
for 4-5 minutes.
3. Cut carrots into long strips and boil them till tender.
Then Place the lobsters and carrots in a serving bow. Place the remaining
honey mixture in the pan.
4. Mix the cornflour with a litte water to make a smooth
paste and add it to the pan. Stir till it boils and thickens.
5. Add chilli and pour this over the lobsers and carrots.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
