Lentil Meat Curry
1/2 kg meat, minced
5 tomatoes
1 cup gram dal
3 onions
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
salt and chilli powder to taste
2 tbsps oil
1. Boil the dal in 2 cups of water till done .
2. Heat oil. Saute the chopped onions till pink, then add ginger -garlic paste and fry for 5-5 minutes.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir till as gravy forms.
4. Then add the minced meat and fry till brown.
5. Now add the dal ,salt and chilli powder. Cover and cook till well done. Serve hot . garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
