1. Wash the tongues well and cut them into pieces.
2. Dry roast the poppy seeds, coriander seeds, sesame,seeds
almonds and coconut it a frying pan and then grind them together with 2
tbsps of water to form a paste.
3. Mix curd, ginger- garlic paste, salt and chilli powder.
Rub this paste on the tongue pieces and leave to marinate.
4. Heat oil, and the sliced oinons and fry till brown.
5. Add the tongue pieces the masala paste and 1 cup of water.
cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes,or till tender.
6. Serve hot,garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
