1 kg minced lamp
2 eggs, wellbeaten
1 cup milk
2-3 bread slices, cut into cubes
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 inch ginger
2 tbsps chopped coriander and green
chilli
Sald and pepper to taste
1. Add milk and bread cubes to the eggs.
2. Chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Add this to the
minced meat.
3. Add salt pepper, coriander, and chillies, and blend well
with the egg mixture.
4. Now grease a loaf tin and pour the mixture into it.
Bake in moderate heat (150 C) for about 45-5- minutes.
5. When it is done, transfer to a plate.
6. Garnish with slices of hard - boiled eggs and tomatoes.
