1/2 kg lamb fillets
100 gms mutton mushrooms, washed
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp lemom juice
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
1. cut the lamb fillets in to 1 - inch cubes,.
2. In a bowl, mix turmeric, paprika, vinegar, lemon juice,
salt, pepper and bay leaves
3. add the lamb pieces to this and marinate for 3 - 4 hours,
turning the pieces over from time to time.
4. thread the lamb pieces on to skewers, alternating button
mushrooms with the lamb pieces.
5. Grill for about 10 minutes, or till meat it browned and
cooked . serve hot.
