Lamb curry
1/2 kg lamb cut into cubes
3 onions
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp lemon juice
100 gms green peas
1 cup curd
salt and chilli powder to taste
2 tbsps oil
1. Heat,oil,fry the onions, garlic and ginger till pink.
2. Add the lamb cubes and cook till tender.
3. Now add the curd and stir till it mixes well.
4. Then add the spices. lemon juice and green peas.Add a little water and cover with a lid.
5. Lower the heat and cook till done. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
