Lamp chops
6-8 large lamb chops
4-5 cloves crushed garlic
2 large potatoes
1 cup oil
1 cup curd
2 eggs
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste.
1. mix together garlic, garam masala , curd, salt, lemon juice and pepper.
2. Smear the chops with this mixture and marinate for over an hour.
3. Now dip the chops into the beaten eggs and deep fry till brown.
4. Serve hot with tomato sauce and potato fries.
