1/2 Kg meat,minced
1 cup corn oil
1 cup sliced onions
1/2 Kg green peas
2 tbsps ginger - garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt and chilli powder to taste
1. Mix the minced meat, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder
and keep aside for 30-35 minutes.
2. Heat oil, fry the sliced onions tillpink.
3. Add the meat to it. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and
cook till meat it tender and the water is nearly dried up.
4. Now add the green peas and 1 tsp of salt. Cook till
peas are tender.
