1/2 kg meat, minced
1 cup corn oil
1 cup sliceds onions
1/2 kg green peas
2 tbsps ginger- garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt and chilli powder to taste
1. Mix the minced meat salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder
and keep aside for 30-35 minutes.
2. Heat oil. fry the sliced oinons till pink.
3. Add the meat to it. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and cook
till meat it tender and the water is nearly dried up.
4. Now add thre green peas and 1 tsp of salt, cook till peas
are tender.
