Cumin Seed Kabaas

500 gms minced meat
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
1 tbsp cumin seeds
3 tbsps cornflour
1 tsp chilli powder
oil as needed
3 large onions
salt to taste
1.Clean and boil the minced meat.Drain and reserve.
2.Chop onions
3.Roast and powder cumin seeds.
4.Clean and chop coriander leaves.
5.Mix all the ingredients with 3 tbsps comflour and salt
6.Grind and shape the mixture like kabads and shallow fry.
