Gobi lamb
1/2 kg cauliflower
1/2 kg lamb
2 onions
1 tbsp grated ginger- garlic
2 tomatoes
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsps curd
1 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
2 tbsps ghee
1. Wash the meat and cut it in to 1- inch pieces.
2. Grind onion., ginger and garlic together and fry in ghee.
3. When it turns pink ,add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes .
4. Add salt ,chilli powder, garam masala ,turmeric, powder and curd. Stir till curd mixes Well.
5. Now add the meat pieces and one cup water, and cook for20-25 minutes.
6. Next add the cauliflower pieces and stir well.Add 1 cup of water, cover with a lid and cook till the cauliflower and meat are tender.
7. garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
