Gobi Gosh
1 kg meat, washed and chopped
1 cabbage
1/2 cup curd
4 onions . sliced
2 tbsps oil
1 tbsp ginger- garlic paste
salt and chilli powder to taste.
1. Mix cure, ginger- garlic paste ,salt and chilli powder and rub on the meat. keep it asied for 30-35 minutes,
2. Heat oil, fry the sliced onions till brown.
3. Add the meat mixrture fry for 5-10 minutes, then add 1/2 cup water and cover with a lid.
4.lower heat and cook 4. till cabbage is done .(cauliflower can also be substitutede for cabbage).
5. Serve garnished with coriander leaves .
