Fish kabab
1 kg fish, any variety
1 cup curd
1/2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp ginger - garlic paste
1 tbsp salt
chillies powder to taste
1. wash the fish and cut them in to pieces .
2. Mix the ginger - garlic paste, salt ,chilli powder, and curd and rub it well on the fish pieces, marinate for 1/2 an hour
3. Remove the fish pieces from the curd and set them aside for 15-20 minutes to dry.
4. Thread these pieces on skeweres and grill them after rubbing a little butter on the fish pieces,
5. serve hot.
