Fish Curry
250 gms fish fillets
4 tomatoes
2 tsps ginger-garlic paste
2 tsps chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander-cumin powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsps oil
salt to taste
1. Heat the oil, fry the ginger- garlic paste till brown.
2. Then add the chopped tomatoes and stir well this the gravy beccomes thick.
3. Add the chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder,coriander and cumin powder . mix well in the gravy.
4. Mean while, fry the fish pieces in oil.when they turn brown, remove from the pan and put them in the tomato gravy.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
