Egg Rice
MUTTA CHORU
1/2 kg Basmati rice
1 cm piece cinnamon
4 big onions
6 cloves
4 eggs
oil as needed
1 tsp pepper
salt to taste
Clean and cook the rice in double the quantity of hot water with whole cinnamon, cloves and pepper
Remove from the fire, keep warm .
Beat the egg whites and then the yolks.
Chop the onions finely.
Heat 5 tbsps oil and saute the the onion. when golden brown, add the beaten eggs and fry for a minute.
Add the cooked rice, salt and mix will.
Cook for a few more minutes . Remove from the fire and serve hot.
