Crabcurry
6 large crabs
1/2 cup grated freshcoconut
8 onions
8 peppercorns
8 cloves
1 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tsps chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 curry powder
2 tbsps tamarind juice
salt to taste
2 tbsps oil
1. Heat the oil and fry the cloves,peppercorns and coriander seeds.
2. Add 6 chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
3. Add the coconut and fry till brown. cool.
4. Boil the crab till there pincers are red .
5. Add salt,chilli powder. turmeric powder , curry powder and the coconut paste, stir till it mixes well.
6 .Then add the tamarind juice and let it cook till done. Garnish with coriander leaves.
