1 Kg chicken pieces
1-1/2 cups curd
1-1/2 cup groundnuts
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1 tbsp coriander leaves
8 green chillies
1 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
1 cup ghee
1. Grind the groundnuts and poppy seeds to a paste.
2. Mix together the curd and groundnuts-poppy paste.
Add salt and sugar and marinate the chicken pieces in this paste
for 1-2 hours.
3. Heat ghee in vessel and fry these pieces till brown (add
the marinade along with the pieces.)
4. Now add the chopped green chillies and cook on low heat
till done.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
