Chicken Roast
 
1 1/2 kgs chicken pieces  
1 cup breadcrumbs  
2 tbsps butter  
1 cup celery  
6 eggs  
1 tsp paprika  
Cekery salt, garlic salt and  
pepper to taste
 1. cook chicken in 1 cup of water till tender.Reserve the stock.
2. Heat butter,add the breadcrumbs, stirring constantly.Remove from fire.
3. now mix the breadcrumbs, chopped celery, beaten eggs,paprika,salt and pepper.Add the chicken stock.
4. Heat a pan, put the chicken pieces it. cover with the breadcrumb mixture and bake in moderate heat (about 150'c)till it turns goldens grown. garnish  with coriander leaves and serve hot.
