1 kg chicken
1 tsp lemon juice
2 onions
100 gms button mushrooms
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 green chilli
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsps oil
1. mix lemon juice with salt and apply it on the chicken
pieces.leave them to marinate for 2 houres.
2. Heat oil and fry the chopped onions. when they turn pink,
add the mushrooms.
3. When the mushrooms turn brown add the chopped green chilli
and mix well. Let to cook for 5 minutes.
4. Then sprinkle celery salt pepper and coriander seeds and
mix well. let it cook for 5 minutes.
5. Now place the marinated chicken pieces in the baking dish.cover
with the mushroom mixture, and bake on moderate heat (190'c) for about
25-30 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. serve hot.
