Chicken Korma
1 chicken, cut into pieces
2 onions
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tsps cardamom-cinnamon powder
6 cloves
1 cup curd
2 tbsps oil
2 green chillies
salt and chilli powder to taste
1. Grind one onion, ginger-garlic paste,green chillies and coriander seeds together. Rub to on the chicken pieces and keep it aside for 2-3 hores.
2. Now heat oil and fry and chopped onion till brown.
3. Add cloves, cardamom- cinnamon powder, the marinated chicken pieces and fry for a while.
4. Add the curd a little at a time and stir well so that limps do not from.
5. Cover and cook till done. Garnish with chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
