1 Kg chicken pieces
2 tbsps soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp ajinomoto
1 tsp chilli powder
2 onions, grated
3 green chillies
2 tbsps cornflour
Salt to taste
oil for deep frying.
1. Mix together vinegar, soya sauce,
salt ajinomoto and chilli powder. Marinate the chicken pieces in
this mixture for 1 1/2 hours.
2. Heat oil and deep fry the chicken
pieces on medium heat till they turn brown.
3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, fry the grated
onions and green chillies till they turn pink.
4. Add a cup of water and salt to taste.
Mix cornflour in 2 tbsps water and add this mixture to the gravy.
Stir till the gravy becomes thick then let it boil for 5-7 minutes.
5. Now pour this sauce over the chicken
pieces. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
