Chicken in garlic Sauce
1 kg chicken pieces 
1 onion 
1 red chilli 
3 tomatoes 
100 gms baby mushrooms 
5-6 cloves garlic 
1/4 cup red wine 
2 tbsps oil 
Salt and chilli powder to taste 
1. Heat oil, fry the crushed onion and garlic till they turn pink.
2. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir till a gravy forms.
3. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Now add the chicken pieces, salt, red chilli, chilli powder and the wine.
5. Bring it to the boil. Cover with a lid and cook till the chicken is done.  Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
