Cabbage Mutto
1/4 kg mutton, minced 
1 cabbage 
4 onions 
2 cloves 
1 cardamom 
1  cinnamon (1-inch piece) 
2 tbsps oil. 
1/2 cup grated fresh coconut 
1 tsp lemon juice 
1 tsp grated frish ginger 
4 red chillies 
1 tbsp coriander seeds 
1 piece turmeric powder 
 salt to taste 
1. Wash the minced mutton and keep aside.
2. Shred the cabbage , grind the coconut and chop the onions .
3. Heat oil, fry onions and ginger till brown.
4. Add cloves , cardamom, cinnamon, coriander seeds and turmeric which have been ground together. Fry for 5 minutes.
5. Add meat, pour half a cup of water , cover with a lid and cook on medium heat.
6. After a couple of minutes,add the cabbage and cook till meat is tender.
7. Add the coconut paste and cook on low heat till done.
8. Remov from fire and add lemon juice.
9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
