Cabbage Delight
12 large and tender cabbage leaves 
1/2 kg mutton, ground 
2 large onions, chopped 
2 cloves garlic 
1 capsicum 
3 tomatoes 
1/2 cups dry breadcrumbs 
4 hard - boiled eggs 
1/2 cup beaten curd 
2 cups cooked rice 
1/2 cup grated cheeser 
1 tsp garam masala 
1/2 tsp powdered cinnamon 
salt and chilli powder to taste 
2 tbsps ghee 
1 cup vegetable soup
 
1. Heat ghee and fry one chopped onion and garlic till brown.
2. Add the ground mutton and fry.
3. Add 2 chopped tomatoes ,capsicum, garam masala ,cinnamon,and breadcrumbs and cook till meat is tender ,.Remove from heat,add coriander leaves and rice and mix well.
4. Wash the cabbage leaves and blanch in boiling water ,
5. Now divide the batter into two equal parts. put one part on a leaf and roll the leaf if the ends don"t stick, toothpicks can be used to hold the ends together ,
6. When the 12 till are  ready, plae them in a baking dish, sprinkde with the grated cheese , add slices of boiled eggs and curd
7. Bake in moderate heat (about 190*c) for 20-25 minutes. serve hot.
8. Garnish with onion and tomato rings .
