Wash the parmal ,Peel and cut them lengthwise, with out separating
the edges.
soak the meat pieces in tomato sauce for 10-15 minutes.
Then soak them in milk and cornflour mixture for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle lime juice and crushed garlic on the meat pieces.
Then add salt and chilli powder to them and mix well.
Now take a baking dish and grease it with butter.
Stuff the parmal with the cottage cheese and meat mixture.
Pour the remaining mix, if any, on top of the pieces.
Bake in a moderated oven(150 c) for 35-40 minutes, till golden brown.
Garnish with grated cottage cheese, a few springs of coriander leaves and
chopped green chillies. Serve hot.
