Black pepper chicken
 
1 kg chicken piece 
1 cup curd 
salt and pepper to taste 
1/2 cup oil 
1. Apply curd and salt on the chicken pieces and marinate them for 2 hours.
2. Heat the oil and fry these marinated chicken pieces.When golden brown,add salt and pepper.
3. cook till done.
4. Garnish with onion rings . serve with tomato sauce.
