1 Kg bhedki fillets
3 onions
2 tomatoes
2 Stalks celery
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 red chilli
2 tbsps worcester sauce
1 bay leaf 1 tsp fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Cut each fillet into 4 pieces.
2. Chop the onions and tomatoes, trim and chop the celery
and red chilli.
3. Now mix all the ingredients together . If the consisteny
is thick, add alittle water and mix well.
4. Bake this mixture along with the fish at 190 c for
about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
