750 gms fish fillets
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsps tamato sauce
50 gms raisins
50 gms almonds, blanched and chopped
2 eggs beaten
100 gms bresh bredcrumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste .
1. Season the fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
3.Pour the sauce over the fillets, then on cover them
with raisins and almonds .
Roll up the fillets lengthwise, dip them in egg, then
roll them in breadcrumbs.
4. heat oil and fry the fillets till golden brown .
5.serve with mayonnaise.
