1 apple, cut into cubes
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts
2 tbsps lemon juice
2 tbsps white vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup oil
1. Mix white vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Marinate
the chicken piecesin it for 1 1/2 hours.
2. Fry the bean sprouts in 2 tbsps of oil for 3-5 minutes.Then
spread them in the serving bow,.
3. Mix the onion, garlic, apple, salt and pepper.
4. Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces and mix in the apple
salad. Add these to the beans in the serving bowl.
