1/2 kg chicken pieces
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup walnuts, crushed
1 buch seedless grapes
4 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
1 buch celery
a few lettuce leaves
salt and pepper to taste
1. Cook chicken in 1 cup of water with salt and pepper. When
tender, remove from the fire and cool.
2. Then add the mayonnaise, crushed walnuts, grapes and celery
and mix well.
